Regular Exhibitor Package
This is a great opportunity for your business to share information with conference attendees. An exhibitor fee of $800 is required.
- 8’ x 10’ exhibit space, 3’ x 6’ table, and two chairs (Electricity is Not Included - 120V electrical receptacle available through Renaissance Hotel)
- Display hours:
- December 5th 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- December 6th 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- December 7th 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 800 conference attendees will view your exhibit
- One representative complimentary conference registration (Other exhibitors will need to purchase a lunch ticket to attend the luncheon).
- Recognition as an exhibitor in the conference program
Additional Exhibitor Options
Additional options are available for exhibitors who would like the opportunity to:
- Sponsor an event (social event, concessions, etc.)

- Place an advertisement in the conference program
Sponsors and exhibitors will be provided with a six foot table and two chairs in a high-traffic area near the congregating area for breaks and around the Atrium.

All sponsorship donations, exhibitor fees and other contribution fees must be received by the deadline date of November 16, 2012
Please note that all sponsorships and exhibits are subject to approval by the Conference Planning Committee and availability to display space. When you have completed the Sponsorship/Exhibitor Registration Form, you will be contacted to ensure complimentary conference registrations and all other details are handled expeditiously.
