ARRA Weekly Reports
DSHS provides weekly reports on stimulus funds requested, received and spent to the Texas Comptroller's Office. These reports are available on the Comptrollers Texas Recovery website.
DSHS Intended Use Plans
In accordance with Article XII of the General Appropriations Act passed by the 81st Legislature, by September 30, 2009 DSHS submitted Intended Use Plans for appropriations from the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
DSHS and the Recovery Act Whistleblower Information
Section 1553 of Division A, Title XV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5, provides protections for certain individuals who make specific disclosures about uses of Recovery Act funds.
