Includes:  All active Optometrists with a Texas practice address.   The Optometrists were sorted by their county of practice. The county was determined based on the zip code. If the practice address was unavailable, the mailing address was used to determine the county.

Excludes:   Optometrists with a status code as "not renewed", "expired", and "inactive." In addition, 2,194 records were not included in this report because they had out-of-state addresses or were inactive.
