Note: Last year only the following status codes were used to create the table: Late renewal def, Prorated, Prorated paid, Renewal fit/disp n, Renewal fit/disp p, Renewal paid, and Renewal not paid.

Starting in 2001: all status codes were used to create the table, this resulted in a net increase of 301 records. The Audiologists were sorted by their county of practice. If the practice address was missing, the mailing address was substituted for the practice address. The county was determined based on the zip code.

Excludes: 129 Audiologists with out-of-state addresses and 5 Assistant Audiologists.
