Includes all dental hygienists with an "active" status code and a Texas practice address. Excludes 236 unknown and 474 out-of-state records. The Dental Hygienists were sorted by the county in which their primary address was located. The county was determined based on the zip code of the primary address, which may be either the residence or practice address.
