Includes all active counselors with a Texas address.  Three hundred and seven (307) out-of-state licensee records were excluded from the table.  The counselors were sorted by their Texas work county which was determined based on the zip code of the work address.  If the work address was missing, the mailing addresss was used to determine the licensee's employment county.
