Data Source: Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, December, 1999. Includes all dental hygienists with an "active" or "expired" status code and a Texas primary address. Excludes dental hygienists with a status code of "retired," "revoked," "canceled," "void," "surrendered," or "deceased" (571). In addition, 3,636 records were not included in this report because of they had out-of-state primary addresses. The Dental Hygienists were sorted by the county in which their primary address was located. The county was determined based on the zip code of the primary address, which may be either the residence or practice address.
