Primary Care Physicians are those physicians who indicate a primary speciality of: Family Practice/Medicine, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and/or Gynecology, or Geriatrics (Geriatrics was included for the first time in 2004). Excludes: Federal and military physicians, residents and fellows.
