Submit the completed application form to our office along with the required fees and a notarized copy of your TEEX certificate. If you have not yet taken the TEEX class, you may send the notarized copy of your TEEX certificate to our office along with your score report from Promissor once you have taken the examination.
If you have one year of full-time experience in code enforcement from a previous employer, that employer may complete Form C for you.
