CSHCN Regional and Local Offices

The Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program has case managers all over the state of Texas. To get a case manager:

See the County/Region map (33MG PDF) or the Texas County Information table to find the administrative region where you live.
Call the regional office for that part of Texas.
The regional office manager will tell you who can help you and which local office you can go to.
