Family Centered Care
Texas Parent to Parent (TxP2P) is developing a Parent Group Network to promote family-centered care by providing information and support to parent groups around the state. It finds, copies and shares family-centered tools that families can use to promote family-centered care and effective medical coordination within the medical home.
