I.	Call to order, Chairperson, Maria Molett.

	Meeting called to order at 9:07 a.m., October 1, 2001.

II.	Introduction of Members, Guests, and Staff.

III.	Approval of the minutes of the July 19, 2001 minutes.

Walter Meyer motioned to approve the July 19, 2001 meeting minutes.  Jennifer Coyle seconded the 
motion.  All were in favor.	

IV.	Discussion and Possible action on proposed rule changes.

The following recommendations were made for changes to 22 T.A.C. Chapter 810:

*	Where appropriate, the term victim was changed to survivor 
*	The fee for specialized competencies will be an annual fee rather that an initial fee
*	When working with juveniles, the term legal guardian will be added to all sections where it 
references parents 
*	The term "Follow up treatment" is changed to read "Aftercare Treatment"
*	The ASOTP Supervision Form will be revised

VII.	Discussion of Future Meeting Dates.

None were discussed at this time.

VIII.	Adjournment.  

Dr. Meyer motioned to adjourn and Pat Logterman seconded the motion.  All were in favor.  The
