Information on Online Renewal for Sex Offender Treatment Providers
Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Providers must now renew online through our new system.
Renew Your License Online through the Regulatory Services Online Licensing System
NOTE: Licensees who are on "inactive status" may not renew online. Do not submit payment more than once, unless you verified that it did not go through the first time. Doing so may result in multiple charges.
Although renewing online simplifies the payment of renewal fees, the Council on Sex Offender Treatment requires additional information to update the Texas Registry of Sex Offender Treatment Providers - information which is not collected through Regulatory Online Licensting System.

Listing a specialized competency
Serving as an approved supervisor
Requesting a continuing education (CE) extension
These fees can be submitted with the Form for Completing the Online Renewal Process. The fee amounts are listed on the form. Make sure you submit the correct fees for a one or a two year renewal.
