20th Annual Conference on the Management of Adults and Juveniles with Sexual Behavior Problems Update
If you attended the Tuesday morning presentation An Argument for Best Practices Approach in Sex Offender Treatment you may elect to use those two hours as ethics credit. However if you choose to apply these hours toward fulfilling your continuing education ethics requirement, you cannot also apply them toward fulfilling your offender hours requirement. You do not need to notify the Council regarding how you want those hours to be credited, but in the event your CEUs are audited you will need to indicate whether you have applied those hours to your ethics requirement or your offender hours requirement.
