Simple steps for a healthy mouth
- As soon as your child's teeth come in, take care of them by wiping them with a soft damp washcloth after meals and do not give them a bottle at sleeptime.
- Make sure your child eats healthy snacks.
- Check your child's teeth at least once a month for white or dark spots.
- Brush your child's teeth at least twice a day. Take your child for dental checkups every 6 months.
