Eligibility Criteria for Epilepsy Services

Eligibility Criteria

• Diagnosis of Epilepsy certified by a licensed physician, or statement from a physician that applicant is suspected of having epilepsy;
• Texas resident;
• If younger than 21 years of age, be determined not eligible for benefits from Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN); and
• Gross family income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Level Guidelines (FPL).
