• Apprentice Permit Requirements
  • Hold a Temporary Training Permit
  • Completion of 160 hours supervised training
  • Successful completion of a written examination
  • Successful completion of a practical examination
• Full Licensure Requirements
  • Hold an Apprentice Permit
  • One (1) year of supervision

• 1 year Temporary Training Permit application fee: $215
• 1 year Apprentice Permit application fee: $205
• 2 year Fitter/Dispenser license application fee (after completing temporary period and apprentice year): $417
