Chapter 1 - Purpose
Provide training to abortion facility staff to understand child abuse and the responsibility/duty to report under Texas Law.
Training Objectives
Upon completion of training, all abortion facility personnel will:
Fully understand their obligations under State law for reporting disclosures or indications of child abuse.
Learn how to identify and recognize signs of abuse.
Continually use this web site to update and train new staff regarding these issues.
