The following HIV/STD Program Annual Report was developed to comply with Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 85, Section 85.041, “Records and Reports,” [Texas Legislature] which requires the Department of State Health Services to prepare an annual report summarizing the delivery of HIV/AIDS services in Texas.
