It cannot be used to get treatment or infection history for individuals, or to request information on programs and services. Please do not include any personal, identifying health information in your email such as HIV status, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, etc.

  • Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) - a condition in women where the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina is disrupted and replaced by an overgrowth of certain bacteria.
  • Chlamydia - a common bacterial STD which can damage a woman's reproductive organs.
  • Gonorrhea - a common bacterial STD that can cause serious and permanent health problems in both women and men.
  • Hepatitis A - a vaccine-preventable viral infection that causes non-chronic liver disease.
  • Hepatitis B - a vaccine-preventable viral infection that causes liver disease that can cause short and mild sickness or serious and lifelong illness.
  • Hepatitis C - a viral infection that causes liver disease that often results in lifelong illness.
  • Hepatitis D - a viral infection that causes liver disease but is uncommon in the U.S.
  • Hepatitis E - a viral infection that causes liver disease but is uncommon in the U.S.
  • Herpes - a common viral STD that causes painful genital sores.
  • HIV/AIDS - a viral infection that damages the immune system weakening the body's defenses against other, often serious infections.
  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV) - a common viral STD that can cause genital warts or cervical cancer in women.
  • NGU (Nongonococcal Urethritis) - a condition that can be caused by chlamydia and can damage the reproductive organs of both women and men.
  • Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) - a common and serious complication of some STDs that can damage a woman's reproductive organs.
  • Pubic Lice - tiny parasitic insects that cause itching.
  • Scabies - microscopic parasitic insects that cause itching and a rash.
  • Syphilis - a bacterial STD that can cause serious and permanent health problems if left untreated including death.
  • Trichomoniasis - a common STD caused by a parasite that can cause genital irritation.
  • Vaginitis - vaginal infection.
  • Yeast (Thrush) - a common fungal infection that can cause genital irritation and discharge.
