Rule Amendment - Impoundment Facilities

On July 1, 2004 the Texas Board of Health adopted a rule change with amendments. This change will clarify section 826.051 of the Rabies Control Act, which requires all quarantine and impoundment facilities to meet minimum standards. The standards are described in Section 169.26 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC).
