Vaccinate and register your child in ImmTrac, the Texas immunization registry. ImmTrac, a free service of the Texas Department of State Health Services, safely stores your child’s confidential immunization information. With your consent, your doctor can access your child’s shot history in ImmTrac to ensure that important vaccines are not missed.
