Add this banner to your Outlook email signature:

• Right-click either size image above and click Copy.
  (This will copy the image to your clip board.)
• Open your Outlook email program.
  (These instructions are for version 2003, your version may vary.)
• Click Tools, Options, and the Mail Format tab.
• Click the Signatures button (near the bottom).
• Select a signature name, then click Edit.
• Position your cursor in the signature where you want the banner.
• Click Ctrl+V to paste in the graphic from the clip board.
• Click OK three times to save your signature and return to Outlook.
• Send a new message to yourself to test your signature.

Print a banner for your booth or display (3.5" x 25") :

• Print this 3-page banner PDF document on a color printer
• Trim off excess white space and tape banner pieces together
• Each printout makes 2 banners, approx. 3.5" x 25" each
