All licensed hospitals and EMS providers should establish an online system account, no matter how you currently send in your data. If your billing agency submits your EMS/Trauma Registry data for you, make sure that they establish an online system account, as well.

For clarification, "TRAC-IT" is an acronym for the project that A) provided funds to EMS, hospitals, and RACs to purchase hardware and software, and B) developed the current online EMS/Trauma Registry System. The system itself is not called "TRAC-IT", it is called the EMS/Trauma Registry System (or "the online system", for short).
