Dear EMS/Trauma Registry users,
The Texas EMS/Trauma Registry, with the help of DSHS Information Technology staff, has repaired some of the data reports in the online system. Several hospital and EMS users have been beta testing these reports over the past week and they appear to be working fine. If you encounter any difficulties with these reports, please call Nicole Brannon at 512.458.7111 x2809.
The following reports are now working:
Hospitals: “Analysis Audit – Level III”, “Analysis Audit – Level IV”, "Alcohol" and "Cause of Injury"
Most of the data for Analysis Audit reports come from the optional fields in the Desired section of the Hospital Data Dictionary.
EMS: “Response Time”, “Medical vs. Trauma”, "Cardiac Transport", "Cause of Injury", "Outcome", "Total Volume" and "Prehospital Intevention"
You can run the data reports by logging onto txetra.com, selecting the desired year (report period), and clicking on the Reports link. Reports are updated monthly with data that has been submitted for your entity.
