Effective January 1, 2007, all KHC drug claims that are first processed through Medicare Part B or D will need a new PCN for KHC to be a secondary payer. The new PCN for KHC drug claims secondary to Medicare is P026012338. KHC claims that do not involve Medicare will continue to be adjudicated using the standard PCN of P028012338. The BIN will not change and remains 012338 for all KHC claims.
