We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for volunteering to participate in the 2008 Newborn Screening (NBS) Web Data Pilot Project.
Please complete and return the enclosed security forms by faxing to (512) 458-7452 or as an email attachment to remotelabsupport@dshs.state.tx.us. Once the completed forms have been received and processed, we would like to schedule a webinar for all web pilot participants to view a demonstration of the system.
We are creating a web site and email address to assist with the dissemination of information, communication, and project status. Once the web site is live, please check it periodically for updates. The web site will be: http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/lab/nbsRemoteDataServices.shtm.
