- Evaluate credentials
- Issue initial and renewal licenses/registrations to qualified applicants
- Approve and renew approval for qualified CE Providers
- Investigate complaints
- Deny, revoke, or suspend licenses after opportunity for a hearing has been offered
The LCDC Program, formerly housed at TCADA, became a part of the DSHS Professional Licensing and Certification Unit in Fall 2004.
