Resiliency and Disease Management (RDM) is an effort to redesign the way public Mental Health services are delivered to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and children with severe emotional disturbance.

The Texas Administrative Code, Title 15, Part I, Chapter 12, Subchapter G describes performance requirements for the provision of mental health community services for local mental health authorities, Medicaid managed care organizations, and providers, and providers of rehabilitative services and service coordination that are reimbursed by Medicaid.

NOTICE TO PROVIDERS
June 2010 - LMHAs are finalizing their local network development plans for the 2010 cycle. If you submit a Provider Inquiry Form now, LMHAs will not be able to integrate the information into their planning documents. You will, however, be able to participate in any procurement conducted as a result of the local planning process. The schedule for procurement will be described in the local plans.
