Medicaid Substance Use Disorder Resource Guide

This document describes the Medicaid substance use disorder (SUD) benefits implemented 9/1/2010 and 1/1/2011 respectively, and specific operational requirements of these benefits. As there may be ongoing changes to aspects of the benefits, if any conflict exists between information in the currently published resource guide with TMHP and/or HMO requirements, the requirements of TMHP and HMOs shall prevail.
