Mental Health and Substance Abuse Division Resiliency and Disease Management (RDM) Utilization Management Guidelines

The DSHS Resiliency and Disease Management (RDM) initiative requires the development of standardized evidenced-based practices that are provided to address a person's identified needs. The clinical guidelines identify the evidence-based services, amount, duration, and scope of the delivery of the services, as well as the population to be served.
