Texas Midwifery Board Rules-Regulations


Proposed Rules

The Texas Midwifery Board, with the approval of the Executive Commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission, proposes an amendment to §831.25 concerning the licensing of military service members, military veterans, and military spouses.  The proposed changes are being published in the August 15, 2014 edition of the Texas Register.
