The Contract Oversight and Support Section includes the Contract Oversight Coordination Team, the Financial Monitoring Branch and the Financial Technical Assistance Group that:
- Coordinates management of the contract life-cycle across divisions; provides oversight and training; develops and maintains agency-wide contracting policies and procedures; and facilitates communication on DSHS contracting issues;
- Provides technical assistance and contract support to contractors on matters pertaining to the financial administration of contracts; and
- Performs financial compliance reviews of sub-recipient contractors through on-site and desk reviews.
