Is your family prepared?

We cannot control the weather or prevent disasters from happening, but there are steps you can take to minimize risks from known hazards. Planning now will help save lives later. This site offers preparedness information and resources for the public, and has sections for professionals and first responders. Start by going to the Emergency Preparedness page to help you get ready for emergencies, prepare a supplies kit, and make a disaster plan.
