Each application for a certificate of registration shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee equal to the appropriate annual fee. Please note, we are not able to accept applications or payments by electronic mail, so please mail materials to:

To determine the fee, follow these instructions: Download 25 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §289.204, "Fees for Certificates of Registration, Radioactive Material(s) Licenses, Emergency Planning and Implementation, and Other Regulatory Services" (Effective Feb. 1, 2006), from the rules page.
In the case of a single certificate of registration that authorizes more than one category of use, the total fee is calculated using the category with the highest base fee, the corresponding machine/service fee and the additional category machine/service fee.
