Mission
The Health Services Region 6/5S (Quality Management or Contract Management Program) seeks to assure that high quality comprehensive services, within the framework of current standards, are delivered to individuals in a cost effective manner. Services delivered shall promote human dignity, respecting cultural differences, preserving freedom of choice while maintaining individual confidentiality.
Philosophy
