Substance Abuse Contracts FY 2010

For contracts with a begin date of September 1, 2009, the deadline to submit the documents for currently funded program attachments is May 1, 2009. Contractors are encouraged to submit documents as early as possible to expedite review and contract initiation. Please email the documents directly to: Substance.Abuse.Contracts@dshs.state.tx.us.

Program Services will maintain all approved FY09 goals for FY10. Goals adjusted due to the Hurricane Ike will be reinstated to the original goals submitted. FY09 original treatment service types and goals will be maintained for FY10.
