The following types of work experience are considered as acceptable for sanitarian registration. Applicants must have at least six months of their experience in the fields of work that are considered fully acceptable. Maximum credit than can be given for experience in the partially acceptable category is six months. Experience should be performed under the supervision of a Registered Sanitarian, Professional Engineer, Medical Doctor, or Doctor of Veterinary Medicines.
