Dedicated sponsorship that shows your interest in the health of Texas! A donation of $5,000 is required..
A one-half page color ad in the conference program identifying you as a Silver Sponsor. Your logo included in event guide acknowledging your company as a Silver Sponsor. Acknowledgement of Silver Sponsorship during opening session address. Exhibit booth package with signage denoting you as a Silver Sponsor. Exhibitor Package
This is a great opportunity for your business to share information with conference attendees. An exhibitor fee of $800 is required.
- 8’ x 10’ exhibit space, 3’ x 6’ table, and two chairs
- 120V electrical receptacle available through Renaissance Hotel
- Display hours:
- December 7th 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- December 8th 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- December 9th 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 800 conference attendees will view your exhibit
- One representative complimentary conference registration (includes breakfast and lunch).
- Recognition as an exhibitor in the conference program
Additional Exhibitor Options
Additional options are available for exhibitors who would like the opportunity to:

Registration and Payment Information
All sponsorship donations, exhibitor fees and other contribution fees must be received by the deadline date of November 10, 2011.
Please note that all sponsorships and exhibits are subject to approval by the Conference Planning Committee and availability to display space. When you have completed the Sponsorship/Exhibitor Registration Form, you will be contacted to ensure complimentary conference registrations and all other details are handled expeditiously.
