The Texas Administrative Code is currently under revision and will include the new Birth Registrar Certification process in the proposed changes.

 

Once the information has been reviewed and accepted, the Birth Registrar Certification process will become mandatory.

 

Please prepare for this by becoming Birth Registrar Certified now.
