Texas WIC EBT hosted a two (2) day conference in Dallas, Texas on February 24th and 25th of 2010 to discuss Smart WIC EBT Enhancements. Attendance included New Mexico, Wyoming, Cherokee Nation, Pueblo of Isleta, grocery store representatives, EBT system developers and the USDA.
