April 2012 Cost Containment Price Region/Band Averages for EBT

For information purposes, the WIC EBT price region/band averages and 125% of those averages are provided for each food item.  The 125% averages are the maximum allowable reimbursement amounts applied against Traditional WIC Vendor April 2012 claims.  Recoupment adjustments have been calculated and will be applied against claims processed in May 2012 and subsequent months, if necessary.
