The Full Disclosure Report
Introduction
At the request of our grocer community, Texas WIC is providing through FTP the ability for each vendor to access monthly a Full Disclosure Report on his store(s) redemptions of WIC vouchers and/or WIC EBT transactions. The report details all food items redeemed by a store for a process month, noting whether or not the food item was adjusted for Cost Containment purposes.
