Functions/Duties |
Perform inspections in target housing and child-occupied facilities; conduct post-abatement soil and dust clearance testing; complete a written inspection report. |
In addition to all functions of an Inspector, perform risk assessments and lead hazard assessment activities (i.e., hazard screens) in target housing and child-occupied facilities; identify hazard control strategies to reduce or eliminate lead exposures, evaluate and interpret results of assessments; conduct post-abatement clearance sampling and evaluate results; complete a written risk assessment report. |
Ensure that abatement in target housing and child-occupied facilities is conducted and completed according to the standards of 295.212; identify most appropriate action to eliminate lead hazards; be available at all times during abatement; develops occupant protection plan; assume duties of a lead abatement worker; prepare a written abatement report; supply and train employees in use of PPE and supervise compliance. |
Comply with standards of operation including EPA and OSHA regulations; prepare written abatement project design(s); develop a written occupant protection plan; prepare a written abatement report. |
