Internet
examination development shall meet criteria established by the Conference for Food Protection Food Protection Manager
Certification Standards for Accreditation of Food
Manager Certification Programs, §4.0, Food Safety Certification Examination
Development, and Texas Administrative Code 25 TAC §§229.176.

and Forms page
and complete the appropriate application. for your program.

both the completed application and non-refundable fee made payable to:

Fee - $2,000.00
25 TAC §229.176
requires that all Department of State Health Services approved Certified Food
Manager exams be for Internet exams Only. All On-Site exams must be ANSI-CFP
Program accredited.
Renewal Licenses
Renewals
are valid for two years from the anniversary date. Failure to submit the
renewal fee before the expiration date will result in a delinquency fee for
each location and must be remitted before the license or permit will be issued.
