Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Conference
The
Texas Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke will host their Annual
Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Conference on Friday, November 2, in Duncanville,
TX. The goal of the conference is to increase awareness and educate stroke
survivors and caregivers on social and systems resources available to them within
the stroke system of care in the Dallas Metropolitan area.

The
Texas Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke hosted their Annual Stroke
Survivors and Caregivers Conference on Friday, October 6, in Live Oak. The goal
of the conference is to increase awareness and educate stroke survivors and
caregivers on social and systems resources available to them within the stroke
system of care.
Dr. Ronald Stewart, Chair of the Department of Surgery at the University of
Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio offered the keynote.
