Introduction to the AIDS Regional Information And Evaluation System (ARIES)

Course Description:
The Health Resource & Services Administration (HRSA) provides Federal funding for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. The goal of ARIES is to enhance services for clients with HIV by helping providers automate, manage, and report on client data. The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is using ARIES to collect and report data required by HRSA by producing the Resource Services Report (RSR).
The Introduction to the AIDS Regional Information and Evaluation System (ARIES) will focus on understanding what it means to work with a Uniform Reporting System (URS), requirements for accessing ARIES, default system settings, navigating, searching for clients, and RSR data elements.
Who should attend?
All Staff requiring ARIES Access responsible for entering resource service data funded by Ryan White Part B. Staff of local and state Health Depart-ments and provider staff working in coordination with the Texas Health Medication Program (THMP) for submitting and processing AIDS Drug Assistance Program applications. The course also welcome’s any user needing a refresher course on ARIES basics.
