First Responders

When the next emergency or disaster happens - will you be ready?

First responder employee helping a patient in ambulanceProtecting others and saving lives is your mission. A critical component for the success of that mission is to protect yourself from vaccine-preventable diseases. Get the vaccines you need to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others.

Protect yourself against vaccine-preventable diseases

Like infants and children, adults are also at risk for contracting vaccine-preventable diseases. Besides getting very sick, infected adults risk spreading these diseases to others. People with weakened immune systems and infants who are too young for vaccinations are at an increased risk. Emergency first responders and healthcare workers can prevent infections by staying up-to-date on vaccinations.

Check with your healthcare provider about updating your recommended and required immunizations.
