American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP)
The AFSP website, www.afsp.org, provides information for survivors or suicide or suicide loss. AFSP is the leading national not-for-profit organization exclusively dedicated to understanding and preventing suicide through research, education and advocacy, and to reaching out to people with mental disorders and those affected by suicide. This website provides information about suicide prevention, how to volunteer, educational resources, research grants, and support for surviving suicide loss.
