We are committed to protect the physical environmental health of residents of Public Health Region 11, through excellence in program, implementation and personal development.


The purpose of the General Sanitation Program is to protect the physical and environmental health of the citizens of Texas. We strive to provide safe food, consumer products, and workplaces, abate any health nuisances, and promote public health measures to prevent any media of disease transmission to or between humans.
